Androgen Alopecia Microneedling

Androgenic Alopecia is most common. About half of the men above 50 years of the age will suffer from this type. Androgenic alopecia may affect both males and females, but it is more dramatic in the case of men. Rarely, it leads to complete hair loss. It is considered to be caused due to oversensitive hair follicles and can also be linked to the high amount of male hormones and thus it is also known as
androgenic alopecia. Androgenic alopecia can also affect females but the cause
is unclear. However, as compared to males the hair loss is more diffuse and
generally, scalp’s top part is affected. It can increase in the women who are at menopause stage.

Aside from collagen production in the skin, it’s thought that microneedling can also help induce stem cells in the scalp that lead to hair growth. Microneedling may also promote the absorption of hair growth products. Microneedling is conducted with a serum containing the active ingredient Redensyl which is scientifically proven to improve androgenic alopecia.
